The 2026 AGM will be held at The Jockey Club Rooms, Newmarket, CB8 8JL on Sunday 15th November.
What to expect on the day
10:15 – Tea and coffee will be served in The Coffee Room
11:00 – AGM
To follow – Lunch and drinks will be served after the meeting in The Morning Room and The Dining Room.

Please forward any items for the Agenda or apologies for absence to the office via email. All items for inclusion in the Agenda should be submitted by 31st October.
We would also like to inform you, that following the recent nominations for Board vacancies, the number of nominations did not exceed the number of vacancies and as such no vote will be required. Those nominated for and appointed to the 2027 Board will be announced at the AGM, as per the Articles of the Association.
