Sarah has been involved in showing all her life riding home produced show ponies from the family farm in Derbyshire. When out of BSPS ponies at eighteen she went on to show hunters before moving on to riding horses and hacks. 

Sarah has been a Board Member for the past fifteen years and has seen many changes in that time however as an amateur/home producer herself Sarah is committed to the Amateur membership and keen to involve the younger members within the Society. 

Sarah enjoys showing her homebred youngstock and is ‘committed to furthering the showing of youngstock under the Associations rules and looks forward to nurturing a greater awareness and participation in that Area for our Members. Sarah is In Hand Chairman for the Association. 

Sarah has organised the BSHA Northern Spring Show for the past five years and takes responsibility for all the Associations trophies at the Championships and AGM.
