2023 will be my nineteenth year serving the board of the BSHA. 
Having previously been Chairman I now have the role of Northern vice chairman. 

Showing will always be close to my heart having had so much pleasure throughout my life both exhibiting and seeing some of the finest horses and ponies in the world, produced and ridden to perfection. It is one of the few hobbies in life that can be fully inclusive for all the family for generation after generation. I have seen many changes in showing over the years and sadly not always for the better. 

I will continue as always to champion the need for fairness and a level playing field within or association as I have in the past will try to support members with any concerns they may have. 

I firmly believe we now have a very modern attitude within the board that promotes transparency and communication. The most important thing is that all concerned enjoy this Wonderfull sport that we share. And continue to safeguard its future.
