BSHA Rule Update for 2017

At a recent Board Meeting of the Association, the Board reviewed and amended Rule 11 of the BSHA Rule Book 2017, Conduct and Discipline. The amended Rule changes with immediate effect; please see below:

11. CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE

(A)Disgraceful Conduct
Any Member of the Association, or any person at any time, who conducts themselves in a manner which may be deemed to bring the name of the Association into disrepute shall be guilty of a breach of the BSHA’s Rules.
The BSHA will not condone any form of abusive behaviour whatsoever; this includes intimidation, bullying, harassment and any form of communication that is deemed to be aggressive, damaging or inappropriate.
